FAQ's

Q. Who owns my idea?
A. Your team retains ownership of your idea. Only your short (3 sentences or less) description of your idea will be made public.
Q. Do I still own my idea if it is selected for further development (prototyping and a business plan)?
A. If your idea is selected for prototyping and further development, your team will maintain 50% ownership of the completed product after prototyping and development.
Q. Why should I do this?
A. If your team makes the final round, you will have the unusual opportunity to get feedback on your ideas and presentation from leading business, engineering and artist professionals. If your team's idea is selected for further development, you will have Wichita State University's resources of people and equipment to make your idea presentable to industry and therefore to yourself. And...the
$7,000 in cash prizes isn't bad either.
