Hello, my name is Brett Wagner and I am a sophomore at Wichita State majoring in String Bass Performance. I am studying under Mark Foley and participate in the Wichita State Symphony among other ensembles.
I originally come from Hutchinson and am a product of the Hutchinson Public School System. I started playing bass in the sixth grade and became more involved over the years by being a part of various ensembles including the HHS Orchestra, HHS Jazz Band, Wichita Youth Symphony, Hutchinson Symphony, and many other regional ensembles.
Some of my interests include politics, socializing, philosophy, and of course, music, whether it be discovering new types of music, listening, practicing, performing, or playing in my band called the "I Love Yous."
I'm very excited to work with everyone involved in this program at Prosperity Grade School and I am looking forward to meeting all of you.
